Hamlet Depot & Museums invites you to join on Friday, November 21st, from 5pm-6pm for the Seaboard Air Line Railway’s Orange Blossom Special Centennial Celebration to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of its inaugural run on November 21st, 1925! Hamlet’s new Orange Blossom Special Mural, painted by muralist, Max Dowdle will officially be unveiled! Hear about the history of the legendary train. The wonderful sponsors who helped to make this long time dream become a reality will be recognized. View the beautiful mural on the wall of the historic landmark Lackey Building — on Main Street — facing Main Street Park.
