The community is invited to the fifth annual Pinehurst Barbecue Festival with Tarheel Festivals, LLC! The festival takes place over Labor Day Weekend in the Village of Pinehurst. Presented by US Foods, Carolina Co-Packing, Our State Magazine and Pinehurst Resort, this three-day festival, headlined by Prieto, offers a unique culinary experience of various barbecue meats, seafood and traditional sides. Award-winning Pitmasters from across North Carolina come together to offer a “Celebration of Taste and Tradition.”

Barbecue Reimagined is the newest event in the Pinehurst Barbecue Festival line-up taking place at BHAWK Distillery in Souther Pines | 5:30pm-8:00pm. Barbecue “Reimagined” is a gourmet tasting event featuring Got To Be NC Ambassador Chefs, Pastry Chefs and Mixologists from across the state who will prepare nontraditional and international barbecue dishes and signature cocktails.
