Join at the Southern Pines Public Library for Bleach Spiderweb Crafts on Sunday, October 19th | 2:30pm-3:30pm! Teens and adults who love spooky things and Halloween, join to make a spiderweb on a bandana or tote bag using bleach. Feel free to bring your own item to use the bleach on!
