TimberNook Sandhills has opened registration for Summer 2026 Programs, which offer child-led, outdoor experiences rooted in play, connection, and nature for children ages 18 months to 12 years. Serving Moore County families since 2016, these highly popular outdoor camps run from June-August at a beautiful woodland site in Aberdeen, making them easily accessible and less than a mile from US-1 for residents in Aberdeen, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Pinebluff, Carthage, and Vass.
Because programs are intentionally kept small to preserve the overall quality of play, spots fill up very quickly based on regularly updated availability, meaning families are strongly encouraged to secure their slots or join the waitlist immediately if a preferred camp is full.
