Creative Expressions Piano Studio in the Pines is hosting a series of fun, low-pressure Summer Music Camps where no prior musical experience is required, there are no boring lectures or scary recitals, and snacks are included. Running throughout June and July, the camps offer unique weekly themes—including Pick Your Composer, Compose Your Own Song, Beginner Music Theory Boot Camp, Disney Week, Movie Magic, Space Adventures, Christmas in July, and Water Wonders.
The program is split into two age brackets: the “Music Maestro’s” session for ages 5-8 runs from 9:00AM-11:00AM, while the “Piano Prodigies” session for ages 9+ runs from 1:00PM-3:00PM (please note the studio is closed from June 29th-July 3rd). Campers will learn cool piano songs, play hilarious music games, create silly rhythms, and build unstoppable confidence before normal classes resume on August 3rd.
The June schedule kicks off with Pick Your Composer Week (June 1–5), followed by Compose Your Own Song Week (June 8–12), Beginner Music Theory Boot Camp (June 15–19), and Disney Week featuring Disney movie music (June 22–26).
Resuming in July with Movie Magic featuring movie theme music (July 6–10), Space Adventures with music from Star Wars and more (July 13–17), Christmas in July with festive holiday music (July 20–24), and Water Wonders exploring sounds water makes and songs about water (July 27–31).
Registration is $140 per camp, and parents can take advantage of a $20 discount for each additional camp as well as a 10% discount for each additional sibling, but spots are limited, so secure your child’s space today!
