Join FirstHealth Fitness in Pinehurst for a “Women’s Self-Defense” special event on Saturday, August 16th | 11am-1pm. This workshop is led by FirstHealth Public Safety Officer Kurtis Hall, a Certified Krav Maga Instructor. It will feature a discussion and instruction period, followed by 90 minutes of hands-on application of defensive skills. The techniques taught are intended to help participants avoid and escape life-threatening situations, not for use in a clinical or patient care setting.
