Something big is brewing in Downtown Southern Pines as the community prepares to celebrate the official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of Railhouse Brewery – Penn Station on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th at 12:00PM.
“Welcome to Railhouse Brewery: Penn Station — your new go-to spot for craft beer in downtown Southern Pines. Inspired by the energy and character of classic train stations, our taproom is built for gathering with friends, relaxing, and enjoying great beer.”
Located at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Bennett Street, this celebration invites friends, neighbors, kids, and pets to raise a glass, meet the crew, and experience the energy of the exciting new taproom after a busy couple of months spent cleaning, painting, and decorating. The new kid- and pet-friendly location will feature a variety of drink options including signature Railhouse beer, wine, James Creek Ciderhouse cider, non-alcoholic sodas from Bright Penny Brewing, and Nitro Cold Brew Coffee on tap from High Octane Coffee in Aberdeen, with plans to eventually add liquor options for a full bar. While no food will be served directly at this location, owner Chris invites guests to order takeout from any of the local downtown businesses to bring in and enjoy alongside a couple of beers with friends.
