Celebrate National Reading Month at the Weymouth Center’s third annual Spring into Reading Festival on Saturday, March 21st from 10am-12pm! Enjoy storytime stations throughout the grounds, craft table, activities, literary character costume contest, book exchange table. Meet local authors and have your books signed! Attendees will also enjoy a special live dramatic performance of Tall Tales of Appalachia, by Encore of Southern Pines, a play by Connor Gerney. The event is free and open to the public. While the event is open to the public at no cost, donations are appreciated to help support the center’s programming.
