Help the Southern Pines Public Library Collect School Supplies for Back-to-School Kits!
The Southern Pines Public Library is hosting a school supply drive to help local children start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. The collection runs from August 1st-August 13th right at the library. All collected items and built kits will be given directly to Family Promise & Partners for Children and Families.
The community is encouraged to drop off the following needed items:
Coloring books
Crayons (24 count)
Glue sticks
Highlighters
Loose leaf paper (both college ruled and wide ruled)
Pencil pouches
Handheld pencil sharpeners
Pencil top erasers and handheld erasers
Every donation helps make a major difference for families in our community. Let’s come together and support our local students as they get ready for a fantastic new school year!
