Presented by Imagine Youth Theater, Les Misérables: School Edition comes to Owens Auditorium at Bradshaw Performing Arts Center, on the campus of Sandhills Community College, for two performances.
One of the world’s most beloved musicals, Les Misérables has inspired audiences around the world for generations through its soaring score, unforgettable characters, and enduring message of hope and redemption. Les Misérables is the world’s longest running musical — a true modern classic based on Victor Hugo’s novel and featuring one of the most memorable scores of all time. The multi-award-winning Les Misérables is as groundbreaking today as it was when it first premiered in London in 1985.
Directed by Kim Fielder-Jones, with Nicole Sommers as Music Director, this production features a dedicated cast of young artists whose passion, discipline, and artistry bring this iconic musical to the stage. A timeless story. Beautifully told.
