Peach Week Fun Run 2026 to Benefit the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund

July 25 @ 8:30 am

Celebrate Peach Week in the Sandhills, from July 18th-July 26th, presented by Visit Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen! Run your peach off in the Peach Week 5k Fun Run to benefit the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund, taking place on Saturday, July 25th at 8:30AM at FirstHealth Fitness Center. 100% of the proceeds from this race will go directly to helping community members navigate cancer needs. Enjoy this walk/run along the trail behind the fitness center. This trail is gravel and pavement with modest inclines that may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Cost: $25 for adults and $5 for children 13 and under.

Participants will receive: Popsicles, peaches, healthy snacks, a water bottle, stickers, and additional giveaways.

Medals awarded for first place in each category:
Male and female finishers over 14
Male and female finishers 9-13
Male and female finishers 8 & under
Best dressed in peachy style – male & female

“Established in 2000, the Cancer CARE Fund was the first of The Foundation of FirstHealth’s Community CARE (Clinical, Advocacy, Resources and Education) Funds. Since it’s inception, over 2.8 million dollars has been dispersed to cover the vital needs of cancer patients. Every dollar counts.”
