The Sandhills Classic Street Rod Association is hosting a Cruise In on Saturday, April 25th, from 11AM-2PM at Hardee Lane Park, located at 10 Hardee Lane in Whispering Pines. All classic and antique cars and trucks are welcome at this community event, which features a live DJ playing oldies music, food trucks, door prizes, and a 50/50 raffle. Awards will be presented based on People’s Choice and Participants’ Choice, and attendees can earn a free entry into a special prize raffle by donating a pantry food item for the Carthage Food Pantry. All proceeds from the day benefit the Whispering Pines Veterans Memorial, making it a great opportunity to enjoy impressive wheels while supporting local veterans and neighbors in need.
