Zen Girls Summer Retreat (Tweens Ages 9-13)

Give your tween girl a peaceful, empowering space to connect, create, and recharge this summer! The Connection Corner is hosting a wonderful 3-day Zen Girls Summer Retreat from July 28th-July 30th, running daily from 9:30AM-1:30PM.
Designed for girls aged 9-13, this retreat offers a thoughtful blend of creativity, relaxation, and fun to help participants build confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful connections. Throughout the three days, attendees will explore social-emotional topics and mindfulness through yoga, gentle movement, meditation, a sound bath, nature journaling, and group activities. They will also dive into creative expression with process-based art and enjoy time outdoors each day, alongside special guest teachers sharing unique practices and inspiration.
