Join us for a fun and engaging chair fitness class designed to keep your mind and body active!
Ageless Grace® is a brain health fitness program that combines movement and play to improve memory, creativity, strategic thinking, coordination, and overall brain function. It’s a wonderful way to stay active while having fun in a welcoming environment.
Who Can Attend?
• Caregivers and their loved ones ages 50+ with a cognitive impairment
