Submitting an event takes about 2–3 minutes, and we’ll provide an easy step-by-step tutorial.

4. Watch the Network Work

Once submitted using the proper Music Network tags, your event automatically becomes connected throughout The Pines Music Network.

Rather than appearing in just one place, your event helps connect artists, venues, organizers, festivals, and music fans through one integrated system.

Member Responsibilities

To keep the connected network accurate and valuable for everyone, members are responsible for:

• Submitting upcoming events
• Using the appropriate Live Music category
• Tagging artists, venues, and organizers correctly
• Verifying dates, times, and locations
• Adding photos or event graphics whenever possible
• Submitting events early for maximum visibility

We’ll provide a simple tutorial to make the process quick and easy.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is $199 per year and includes your professional page, connected event integration, newsletter exposure, social media opportunities, and visibility throughout The Pines Music Network.

Membership is valid for one year and may be renewed annually.

Can I have more than one artist or band page?

Absolutely.

Each artist, duo, or band has its own unique identity and deserves its own dedicated page within The Pines Music Network.

Each page is $199 per year and includes all Music Network membership benefits.

Do you offer referral rewards?

Yes!

We believe the strongest music community is one that grows together.

When you refer a new musician, duo, band, music venue, restaurant, brewery, winery, cidery, festival, or event organizer who joins The Pines Music Network, you’ll receive a $49 referral reward after their membership is activated.

Example:

• You join The Pines Music Network as a solo artist for $199/year.
• You invite your band to join.
• Your band purchases its own membership for $199/year.
• Once their membership is active, you receive a $49 referral reward.

There is no limit to the number of referral rewards you can earn, so the more members you help bring into the network, the more rewards you receive while helping strengthen our local music community.

Do I need my own website?

No.

The Pines Music Network gives you a professional online presence without the cost, maintenance, hosting fees, software updates, or hassle of managing your own website.

How do my events appear on my page?

Your events are connected using artist, venue, and organizer tags.

When you submit an event using the proper tags, it can automatically appear on your page, related member pages, Live Music in The Pines, and The Pines Times Community Event Calendar.

What if I do events outside of The Pines?

You can add your events ANYWHERE in the world.

Do I submit my own events?

Yes.

Submitting an event typically takes only 2–3 minutes, and we’ll provide a simple tutorial to walk you through the process.

Can I share my Music Network page?

Absolutely.

Your Music Network page becomes the central place to send fans for your biography, photos, videos, social media, website, and upcoming performances or events.

Many members create a QR code linking directly to their page for flyers, posters, business cards, menus, table tents, merchandise, and social media.

Will my page stay updated automatically?
