Lee County Cultural Arts is sponsoring “Move and Swing,” a dynamic two-part youth dance workshop led by instructor Chris Thompson, founder of the Chris Thompson Cultural Arts Ensemble! Designed for kids ages 8-12 of all skill levels, the sessions take place over two consecutive Tuesdays from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the Mann Center for the Arts.

The first workshop on Tuesday, August 4th focuses on African dance concepts, while the second workshop on Tuesday, August 11th explores cultural dance of the 1930s moving into jazz dance.
