Speed and Agility (Ages 9-13)

Speed and Agility for 9-13 year olds on Thursdays at 10:00AM. This class focuses on building speed, agility, balance, coordination, and sport-related power through active, age-appropriate drills. Participants will develop foundational athletic skills in a supportive environment that encourages focus, confidence, and body control.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes appropriate for running and jumping. Class size is limited to allow for individual attention and a positive student-to-instructor ratio. Please bring a water bottle with a lid that contains only clear liquids.
Registration is nonrefundable. Classes cannot be rescheduled. Class starts promptly as scheduled.
