Meg takes you on a journey through the flavors, traditions, and soul of French cuisine. A Taste of France is an eight-course tasting menu that reflects Meg’s lifelong love affair with French food- from the rustic charm of the countryside to the elegance of Parisian dining.
Each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to tell a story, celebrating the techniques, ingredients, and passion that make French cooking one of the world’s most beloved culinary traditions. Complementing every course, five carefully selected small-production French wines bring the terroir of France’s most celebrated regions to your glass – pours chosen not for their prestige, but for their character and the way they make the food sing.
