Flavors of the Season! Midland Bistro is hosting a special Paired Holiday Dinner in collaboration with Somm Time and The Bakehouse. Chef Jason will prepare a seasonal three-course meal, each course paired with holiday-ready wines selected by Dan from Somm Time. The evening begins with a grazing table and two tasting wines in the foyer before moving into the Dining Room for the seated dinner. Dan will guide guests through each pairing, and featured wines will be available for purchase at reduced rates after the event.
