2026 Pinehurst Barbecue Festival: “Bourbon & Bites” at the Carolina Hall, Carolina Hotel

The 2026 Pinehurst Barbecue Festival is a Celebration of Taste and Tradition, featuring seven of North Carolina’s most accomplished pitmasters in one of the most picturesque settings in the state. Presented by US. Foods, Pinehurst Resort, Visit Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen, Lin Hutaff’s Pinehurst Realty Group and Our State magazine, the three-day festival, staged in the Village of Pinehurst, offers a unique culinary experience of mouthwatering barbecue meats and traditional Southern sides.

Saturday, September 5th: “Bourbon & Bites” at the Carolina Hall, Carolina Hotel, from 5:00pm-7:00pm: The Carolina Hall at Pinehurst’s Carolina Hotel will play host to an intimate evening of whiskey and bourbon sampling, expertly paired with small plates from the Pinehurst Resort culinary team. Participants will have the opportunity to sample five varieties of bourbon during the evening event. Participants will also receive a cigar, compliments of Specialty Cigars.
