The Moore County Beekeepers Association presents “Buzz Basics,” a hands-on learning opportunity for beginners and experienced beekeepers alike on Saturday, May 9th, from 10AM-12PM. Held at Midnight Bee Supply at 120 E Maple St in Vass, this session allows attendees to follow along as an experienced beekeeper inspects hives and teaches how to identify specific bee behaviors, activity, and potential hive problems. The event is open to all current club members, who are asked to bring their own protective gloves and a bee jacket or suit.
