FirstHealth invites the Sandhills community to “saddle up” and save the date for Cancer Survivors Day 2026, which will feature a Kentucky Derby theme. This annual celebration honors local cancer survivors and their supporters while raising awareness for the challenges of survivorship. The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 7th from 6:00PM-8:00PM at The Fair Barn in Pinehurst. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best Derby attire for an evening of festivities dedicated to celebrating life. While the event is free to attend, registration is required.
