Celebrate Kolten’s birthday at the Westgate Club House located at 105 St. Johns Loop, Raeford, where the party runs from 3:00pm-6:00pm and the parade officially kicks off at 3:30pm. Participants are invited to meet at 2956 Lindsay Rd starting at 3:00pm. Everyone is encouraged to drive slowly, decorate their cars, and honk or rev to celebrate, and those interested in staying longer are welcome to join a mini car show in the clubhouse parking lot to show off their rides.

To manage traffic flow, the parade route follows a specific path starting from Highway 401 onto Johnston Mill Road, turning left on Adcox Road, right on Northview Drive, and then right on St. John’s Drive where you can wave to Kolten. Continue following the loop past the clubhouse for a second wave before exiting by turning right on Northview, right on Adcox, left on Lindsay Road, and finally right back onto Highway 401.
