Got a day off from school? Are you a homeschool family? Come to the Southern Pines Public Library’s Curious Kids Program this month! Curious Kids is a program for ages 7-10 who love to build, test, mix, and figure things out. Each time we meet, kids have a chance to engage with hands-on, open-ended activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving.

This month, create your own one-of-a-kind Franken-Toy using parts from old or broken toys. Come ready to take things apart, get creative, and build something new. Caregivers, plan to assist as needed. A librarian will review the different supplies at the start, then you’ll be off to build whatever you can within the hour. While supplies last. Caregiver participation required. Small pieces will be present.
