The Moore County Senior Enrichment Center will welcome Doctor of Nursing Practice Amy Simmonson on Wednesday, August 12th | 2:00PM-3:00PM, presenting an informative workshop focused on managing hypertension and introducing the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) eating plan.
