Monsters on Main and Trunk or Treat! Downtown Laurinburg and Scotland County Parks & Recreation present the Downtown Spooky Fest on Saturday, October 25th, from 9am-1pm in Downtown Laurinburg. The festivities begin with the Farmers Market from 9am-12pm, followed by trick-or-treating fun from 11am-1pm, including the Halloween Trick or Treat Sip & Shop at downtown merchants and the Trunk or Treat on Main Street.
