Free Women’s Self-Defense Class (Ages 18+)

The Southern Pines Police Department is hosting a free Women’s Self-Defense Class on Friday, September 25th, from 5PM-7PM. Instructed by Investigator Nathan Davis and Sergeant Dustin Johnson, the session teaches basic self-defense techniques and their application in practical scenarios. Participation is limited to 20 attendees aged 18 and older, and pre-registration is required.
