FirstHealth Fitness is offering a 13-week Homeschool Swim Group program for children ages 6-14 from September 14th-December 9th. The program is designed to build confidence, fitness, and overall swimming technique across all four core strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
