Line Dancing Mondays West End 55+

Get moving, stay active, and have fun at Senior Line Dancing at the Moore County Senior Enrichment Center in West End. Adults age 55 and older are invited to join this welcoming weekly dance program designed to promote fitness, friendship, and social connection through music and movement. The class takes place every Monday from 4:45pm–7:00pm and is free to attend for eligible Moore County residents.
Whether you’re an experienced line dancer or trying it for the first time, this friendly group offers a great opportunity to stay active, learn new dances, and meet others in the community. Line dancing is a fun way to improve balance, coordination, and overall wellness while enjoying an upbeat social atmosphere.
