MASS is a nonprofit social Carolina Shag dance club based in Southern Pines. Dances take place the first Saturday of each month from 7:00pm-10:00pm at The Lodge at Hyland Golf Club in Southern Pines. Different Shag DJs are featured each month and occasionally feature the club features a popular Beach Music band.

Membership: $20 for the year and $10 per dance. Guests: $15

January 3rd, February 7th, March 7th, April 4th, May 2nd, June 6th, (Friday) July 10th 7-10pm, August 1st, September 5th, October 3rd, November 7th, December 5th

February 7th: “You know you have cabin fever so come out and dance with us Saturday night! DJ Gene Hensley will keep us dancing all night! Dance 7pm to 10pm! Our new location is FAN-TAB-U-LOUS!”

MASS is a nonprofit organization based in Southern Pines, North Carolina. The primary function of the club is to promote activities which are associated with shag music and dance. MASS is a social dance club and participates in events/fundraisers for local Moore County charities.
