The Pinehurst Garden Club will hold their annual plant sale fundraiser on Sunday, April 26th from 9:00AM- 3:00pm with its streamlined pickup service at the Green Haven Plant Farm located at 255 Green Haven Lane in Carthage. Master gardeners will be available to answer gardening questions and Green Haven greenhouses will be open for day-of-sale purchase of flowers, plants, herbs, and gardening supplies.

Club members will be taking pre-orders from March 1 – April 16^th. In addition to the popular tri-colored mandevilla, the sale will feature vinca, impatiens, bright ruffles coleus, dragon wing and other begonia, vinca, marigold, penta, lantana, geranium.  In addition, the Club is delighted to offer hanging baskets of blue fan flower, million bells, and crimson sundenia, and a 12” decorative mixed planter.

Since 1998, proceeds from the sale benefit the PGC scholarship fund which provides horticulture students at Sandhills Community College with full scholarships. In addition, the proceeds fund numerous beautification projects in the Pinehurst community.
