Purr & Restore: A Kitty Sound Bath (Full)
October 25 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Settle in, get comfortable, and experience an hour of rest, sound, and a little feline companionship. 🐈🐈⬛
Purr & Restore combines the calming experience of a sound bath with the peaceful presence of cats. As you relax on your mat, you’ll be immersed in the gentle vibrations of singing bowls and chimes while the cats are free to wander, curl up nearby, or simply enjoy the soothing atmosphere alongside you.
Sound baths are designed to encourage deep relaxation and give you an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and simply rest. And the experience isn’t just for the humans- the soft sounds and calm environment can create a peaceful, enriching space for the cats as well.
No experience with sound baths or meditation is needed. Just bring a yoga mat and anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable, such as a pillow, blanket, or sleep mask, and come ready to relax.
