Richmond County Fair 2026

Enjoy carnival rides, games, fair food, music, and farm animals at the Richmond County Fair from Thursday, September 10th-Sunday, September 13th! The fair also fesatures daily bingo, an animal barn, and plenty of family entertainment.
“Richmond County Agricultural Fair is the primary fundraiser of the Hamlet Lions Club. It has been held for 60 years at the Hamlet Fair grounds on Highway 38 across from the City Lake. Its purpose is to showcase agriculture in the county and to provide clean family fun.”
Gates are open weekdays from 5:00PM-10:00PM, Saturday from 1:00PM-10:00PM, and Sunday from 1:00PM-8:00PM.
General admission is $5.00, while children ages 5 and under enter for free. Thursday features free admission for seniors and students. Guests celebrating a birthday receive $5.00 off a ride wristband with proof at the ticket booth, and a $5.00 ride band discount is also available for first responders, firefighters, EMTs, police, and military personnel.
