Sandhills Blast & Cast 2026

Bring the whole family out for the 12th Annual Sandhills Blast & Cast Event on Saturday, September 19th, from 9:30AM-3:30PM in Carthage! This free outdoor event offers non-stop family activities, entertainment, and competitions for all ages, along with complimentary BBQ pork and chicken plates for everyone.
Gates open at 9:30AM with all-day activities. Special Guest Speaker from 2:30PM-3:30PM. Prize giveaways include kayaks, shotguns, bows, and more.

Activities & Highlights:
Skeet shooting, archery, casting, ax throwing, air rifles, BB gun range, shotgun bowling, slingshot, fishing, bounce houses, hay rides, cornhole, horseshoes, wildlife exhibits, firefighting demos, stick horse races, and Kids Zone games.
Turkey Shoots take place at 8:00PM on September 18th, September 19th, and November 21st.
