Seagrove Fiddlers’ Convention, a community tradition coming back to life! The 2026 Seagrove Fiddlers’ Convention will be held on Saturday, March 21st at 5:30PM! It’s going to be nights full of great music, friendly faces, and hometown fun. Celebrate traditional bluegrass and old-time music in the heart of Seagrove! Musicians of all ages will take the stage to compete in a variety of categories including fiddle, banjo, guitar, mandolin, and vocals, along with band and youth competitions. A longtime local tradition, the convention brings together talented performers and music lovers for a lively night of Appalachian string music, community spirit, and family-friendly fun.

Location Change: Event will be held at Southwestern Randolph High School

The event features 22 competition categories and 66 awards across youth and adult divisions, with $2,550 in total cash prizes. Performer registration runs from 4:30PM-6:45PM. Admission is $12 for adults, $5 for ages 6–12, and free for children 5 and under, with cash only accepted.
