The Moore County Senior Enrichment Center is hosting a free Pump It for Parkinson’s special class on Thursday, April 9th at 11:00AM. This one-time event is part of a worldwide challenge to raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease, with a goal for the senior center to accumulate 120,000 steps during the day. The session will feature low-impact step aerobics routine suitable for all exercise levels, allowing everyone to show their support for this important cause while staying active.
