Shadows in the Pines Haunted Trail

Friends of Carvers Creek State Park is presenting the Shadows in the Pines Haunted Trail on Saturday, October 24th, from 6:00PM-9:30PM (with a rain date of Sunday, October 25th). This moonlit journey through the longleaf pine forest guides visitors along a 1/8-mile sandy path where they will encounter the ghostly spirits of the Sandhills’ earliest Celtic settlers, ending in Fairy Land with games, exhibits, and treats.
Tickets for the haunted trail are $15 (recommended for ages 12 and up), and include three Gaelic treats from Beehive Yourself NC, with proceeds benefiting environmental education programs at the park. Access to Fairy Land is free for all ages. The event takes place at Carvers Creek State Park, located at 2505 Long Valley Rd, Spring Lake, NC 28390.
