Shops of Downtown Southern Pines Summer Sidewalk Sale 2026

The Shops of Downtown Southern Pines are hosting the Annual Summer Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, July 18th, from 10:00AM-5:00PM. Held once each summer, this event always delivers fabulous deals around every corner as downtown shops come together to offer can’t-miss savings and sidewalk steals. Spend the day exploring, shopping local, and supporting amazing downtown businesses, including local boutiques, specialty stores, and aesthetics and wellness destinations.
Beyond the incredible shopping discounts, visitors can head over to the Train Station for Street Corner Karaoke from 10:00AM-2:00PM and strike a pose at the Selfie Station. Shoppers can also pick up a Passport map at participating downtown businesses to enter for a chance to win a fantastic downtown prize package.
