Longleaf Animal Hospital & Pet Boutique invites families to the fourth annual Stuffy Stitch event on Saturday, May 16th! This free, kid-friendly gathering takes place from 10:00AM-2:00PM at 325 Yadkin Rd in Southern Pines. Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animals for educational veterinary “stuffy exams,” where the hospital’s doctors and staff will stitch and patch them up while teaching the basics of pet care in a hands-on way. In addition to the “surgeries,” the event features a fun community atmosphere with games, activities, food trucks, refreshments, and raffles for prizes.
