Tai Chi (Ages 55+)

Adults 55+ are invited to attend free Tai Chi sessions with the Southern Pines Parks and Recreation Department! Tai Chi will improve your balance both mentally and physically. This can reduce the rate of falls in older adults. Improve relaxation, vitality, posture and your immunity. Sessions are held Mondays 1pm-2pm and Wednesdays 2pm-3pm through July 21st.
