Talent Symposium 2026

The Moore County Chamber of Commerce and Sandhills Community College, in partnership with Moore County Schools and the Moore County Economic Development Partnership, are hosting the 2026 Talent Symposium on Friday, October 9th at the Bradshaw Performing Arts Center.
Centering on the theme “Leading with Employee Mental Health in Mind: Practical Strategies for Workplace Well-Being,” this year’s symposium is designed for business owners, HR professionals, managers, nonprofit executives, educators, and community leaders. Headlining the event is Dr. Marie-Line Germain, Professor of Human Resources and Leadership at Western Carolina University and host of the Dear Human Resources podcast. Attendees will gain valuable insights into current workforce trends, leadership’s role in mental health, low-cost strategies for well-being, and walk away with a personalized workplace action plan.
