The Carolina BalloonFest 2026

The Carolina BalloonFest returns for its three-day annual festival Friday, October 16th-Sunday, October 18th, offering hot air balloon competition, family activities, and live entertainment.
Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and cameras to enjoy early morning and late afternoon balloon launches, mass ascensions, evening balloon glows on Friday and Saturday, a drone light show, and tethered balloon rides. Additional event features include a Walk-In Balloon, pilot meet-and-greets, an Artisan Village & MarketPlace, a Kids Zone, a Wine Garden, local food vendors along Eat Street, and main stage musical performances.
