The town of Rockingham will hold the 23rd annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, December 2nd | 7:00pm-7:30pm at Cole Plaza. LJ Bell Elementary school choirs will be singing Christmas carols before and after the lighting. There will be cookies and hot cocoa after the lighting ceremony.
