A simple card can mean everything! Sandhills Friends is collecting Mother’s Day + Father’s Day cards to be hand-delivered to individuals in long-term care and those receiving post-acute rehab in our community.

You can create cards anywhere—at home, with your kids, with friends, or even as a team at work.

Then drop them off at:
