Taylortown Day and Parade 2026

The Taylortown Day Parade Committee hosts the 2026 Taylortown Day Parade on Saturday, September 5th, starting at 10:00AM! Each year, Taylortown Day and Parade celebrates the town’s history, culture, and community. This event brings together residents and visitors in a vibrant display of pride, with festivities that include a parade, live music, and activities for all ages. It’s a day to honor our past, revel in our present, and look forward to our future!
Participant lineup begins at 9:00AM at 8148 Main Street in Taylortown. The parade route will proceed along Main Street and finish at Johnny Boler Municipal Park (129 Burch Drive). All types of entries are welcome, including cars, trucks, Jeeps, floats, and bikes.
Individuals and groups interested in participating must submit an application by the end of the business day on Monday, August 31st. Applications can be picked up at Taylortown Town Hall and submitted via email to Akeila Winder at awinder@taylortownnc.gov, or by calling 910-722-6838.
